Who We Are
Diabetic Charitable Services was established in April of 2000 as a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization.
Our Mission statement is to aid in the early detection of diabetes and to provide guidance to those in need who wish to monitor and control their diabetes.
Our Vision is to find undiagnosed diabetics before damage from the disease takes effect and help those in need by striving to fulfill our mission.
Schedule a Screening
Diabetic Charitable Services will hold a screening for your Corporation, Organization, Church, Hospital, Senior Citizen Center, Youth Group, or School.
Our screenings will provide people with early detection of type 2 diabetes in adults and children. As type 2 reaches epidemic proportions in today's youth, early detection is key to maintaining optimum health.
We also provide HbA1c testing with a stat reading within 5 minutes.
